What is ‘Virtual Assist Japan’ ?

We provide Japanese virtual assistants who’ll take care of your to-do list. Are you looking for someone to do some work for you? Whether in your business or your personal life, we can assist.

Our virtual assistants are all fluent in English, and understand the culture and way of life here perfectly, so they will be able to take care of anything you might need. All you have to do is submit your questions and tasks to your virtual assistant, and they will get things done.

How do I register?

Registering with Virtual Assist Japan couldn’t be simpler. Just click on the “SIGN UP FREE” button on our homepage, and fill in your name and email address. We will then get back to you via email as quickly as possible, to set you up with your very own dedicated virtual assistant!

How do I communicate with my assistant?

To make communication between you and your assistant as easy as possible, there are multiple ways of doing so- either over email, or LINE. Even when you’re on the go, you can get in touch with your virtual assistant to take care of any tasks you might need completed.

Can I share an account with my family members?

Certainly! Just get in touch with us to set up this feature.

Do you offer accounts for businesses?

Yes- by registering for a ‘Business Basic’ or ‘Business Pro’ subscription, your account can then be shared among staff. Again, just let us know, and we can set this up for you.

How much do you charge for the service?

Our pricing list can be found on the pricing page.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay your bill using Paypal, credit card, or bank transfer.

What do the hours mean next to each plan?

This refers to how long your assistant will work for you each month. For example, the “Personal” plan provides 3 hours a month- you can send as many tasks as you like during this period, so long as they can all be completed in the time given. For instance, if each task took around 20 minutes, then you would be able to send at least 9 tasks each month.

Will I receive a dedicated assistant?

Yes. Your dedicated virtual assistant will keep track of all the information that you have previously sent, to get tasks done for you as quickly as possible.

Can I cancel anytime?

Of course. Contact your assistant prior to your next billing cycle and we’ll take care of your request. If you have already been billed, your cancellation request will not take effect until the following month. Unfortunately, we do not offer prorated refunds or cancellations for unused time.
